On 17 November 2025, our founder, CEO and chief designer Mr. Tomasz Antoniewski was officially honoured by being added to the Golden Book of Alumni of Warsaw University of Technology.
The award ceremony took place in the Main Hall of the Warsaw University of Technology during the University Day celebrations. During the gala, the University and the Alumni Association presented this distinction to selected graduates whose careers and achievements strongly support the reputation of the university in Poland and abroad.
Mr. Antoniewski received an official Award Certificate and a Golden Book statuette. In the presentation of his profile, the organisers highlighted his long-term work on Polish light aircraft designs, especially the AT family of aircraft, and his role in building AT-P Aviation as an innovative company in the general aviation sector.
In his short speech, Tomasz stressed that his work – and the aircraft that come out of it – are always the result of team effort:
Any success with my name on it is really the success of the people I work with.
He also said how happy he is that Warsaw University of Technology continues to “deliver” talented engineers to the aviation industry – people who, as far back as he can remember, share the same passion for aviation that he himself experienced as a student.
For our whole team, this is a very special moment.
It is not only a personal recognition for Tomasz, but also an appreciation of the work of everyone involved in developing our aircraft and building AT-P Aviation.
